By accessing or using FEDSCOUT at fedscout.netlify.app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.
FEDSCOUT is a free beta-stage federal contract intelligence tool that helps small business contractors search SAM.gov opportunities, score bids, and track their pipeline. It is provided as-is during beta, free of charge, in exchange for user feedback.
FEDSCOUT is currently in active beta development. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We make no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or completeness of data. SAM.gov data is retrieved in real time and its accuracy depends on SAM.gov itself.
You are responsible for your own SAM.gov and AI provider API keys. FEDSCOUT stores these in your browser only. You agree not to share beta access credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties.
FEDSCOUT is intended for small business federal contractors using the tool for legitimate contract research and bid preparation. You may not use FEDSCOUT to scrape, automate bulk data collection, or circumvent SAM.gov rate limits.
FEDSCOUT provides opportunity scoring and bid tools as informational aids only. We make no representation that use of this tool will result in any contract award. All bidding decisions are solely your responsibility.
FEDSCOUT and all associated code, design, and content are the property of Steven Harriman. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or reverse engineering of the tool is prohibited.
FEDSCOUT is provided free of charge and as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steven Harriman is not liable for any damages arising from use of this tool, including but not limited to lost contracts, lost revenue, or data loss.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of FEDSCOUT after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
